Responsibilities:

  • Attend to client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
  • Work closely with the team and client.
  • Handling all design related scope including conceptual detailing and construction drawing.
  • Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.
  • To develop CAD drawing, 3D visual, presentation board from design stage until construction stage.
  • Site visit to ensure project are develop according to the specification and requirement.
  • To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Work within space available, schedule parameter and budget given while maintaining the design consistency and excellency.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possessed high level of design, space planning and material selection skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Adobe Software.
  • Candidate with strong flair in 2D detailing, layout and construction drawings would be an added advantage.
  • A team player with the ability to meet tight datelines, has strong commitment and self-motivated.
  • Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
