Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of company documents, licenses, and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant government agencies when required.
- Support HR and accounts departments in administrative-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in administrative or clerical support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality.
