Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of company documents, licenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and relevant government agencies when required.
  • Support HR and accounts departments in administrative-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in administrative or clerical support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High sense of responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality.
