Job Description:

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for all project activities.
  • Inspect materials, workmanship, and processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site audits and quality meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, testing methods, and quality documentation.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time
