About the Role

As the Demand Planner, you will lead and continuously improve the end-to-end Demand Planning process within the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) to ensure accurate forecasts, strong supply continuity, and seamless business performance.

A Day in the Life (What you'll do)

• Lead monthly Pre-DRM/DRM to drive a consensus 24-month forecast.
• Build robust baseline forecasts and analyse bottom-up inputs from Sales.
• Prepare demand review templates and challenge assumptions for short-, mid- and long-term planning.
• Integrate promo/NPD plans with Marketing & Category teams into demand forecasts.
• Track forecast accuracy (SFA, Bias), perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities to improve margin and A&P effectiveness.
• Support financial forecasting (gross volume & value) and provide inputs for FC70.
• Work closely with the Supply Hub to minimise OOS, optimise inventory, and meet service levels.
• Upload approved forecasts monthly and maintain accurate, compliant SOPs.
• Ensure timely reporting of sell-in/sell-out and high-quality data for SCP & CF.
• Support E2E initiatives (OTIF, Inventory Reduction, SCIM) and drive NSS/SKU reduction.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, or forecasting within FMCG/Consumer Health.
• Hands-on experience running Pre-DRM/DRM or similar demand review cycles.
• Strong Excel and forecasting system skills (SAP APO/IBP/FTiS/Anaplan).
• Proven record achieving strong forecast accuracy and driving process improvements.
• Solid understanding of statistical forecasting, baseline modelling, and demand analytics.
• Ability to analyse sell-in/sell-out trends and translate them into realistic forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of inventory health, OTIF, working capital, and supply fundamentals.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting (volume value net).
