Content Creator – Klinik Perubatan Wildan

Location: Klinik Perubatan Wildan, Kota Bharu

Position Type: Contract / Permanent

Main Responsibilities

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in building a trusted healthcare brand for the community through engaging, creative, and educational digital content:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content for TikTok & Facebook.
  • Produce short videos, reels, and posters related to health education, promotions, and clinic activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and clinic staff to capture real content (testimonials, community programs, consultations – with patient consent).
  • Edit photos and videos using CapCut, Canva, or other editing tools.
  • Monitor content performance (views, engagement) and assist with optimization such as captions, hashtags, and posting times.
  • Support digital promotional campaigns and external events such as blood donation drives, CSR activities, and health days.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Diploma in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Basic skills in photo and video editing (Canva, CapCut, VN).
  • Creative and up-to-date with TikTok, Reels, and current digital trends.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well with a team.
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare field and passion for creating content that delivers positive impact.
