ServiceNow HRSD Consultant – Singapore (Onsite | Attractive Package)
Key Responsibilities
Configure/customize HRSD modules: HR Case Mgmt, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge.
Build HR services, catalog items, workflows & integrations (SAP/Workday).
Support HRSD operations, fixes, enhancements & upgrades.
Ensure data security, platform performance & alignment with HR/IT teams.
Document configurations and follow change management.
Skills & Experience
4+ yrs ServiceNow experience, incl. 2+ yrs in HRSD.
Strong HR process knowledge.
Hands-on: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Integration Hub.
Experience with Employee Center / Lifecycle Events / HR Case Mgmt.
Knowledge of HR integrations (SAP/Workday/Oracle).
Preferred: CSA + HRSD Implementation Specialist.
