About the role

Ritz Reka Sdn Bhd is on the lookout for a passionate and creative Interior Sales Designer to join our team in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam. We're a growing interior design company that loves turning ideas into stunning spaces and we need someone who's just as obsessed with great design and smart sales moves.

In this full-time role, you'll help clients bring their dream spaces to life while hitting solid sales goals and thinking up new ways to win business.

Working Hours/days

  1. Monday to Friday : 9am-6pm
  2. Saturday : 10am-2pm (on rotation basis)

What we offer

  1. Attractive 2% commission from TOTAL AMOUNT of project sales

What you'll be doing

  1. Serves and provides customers with suitable information about interior design that suits client needs and match their budgets.
  2. Provide sales quotation, process sales order and other related documentation works
  3. Prepare project specifications with design concept & factory drawing measurement.
  4. Liaise and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  5. Responsible for achieving monthly sales goals and delivery goals.
  6. Handle customer enquiries promptly.
  7. Collaborate with marketing team to enhance idea and sales performance.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or any related field. This role requires a solid foundation in design principles.
  2. Strong in sales and negotiation, and capable of thinking creatively to generate new leads and achieve results.
  3. Ability to handle unexpected challenges and find creative solutions.
  4. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations.
  5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; or minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
  6. This position is intended for candidates aged between 23 and 35.
  7. Preferably someone currently staying in Selangor or nearby areas.
