Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and help track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining accounting schedules, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Help with data entry and ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Conduct research and assist in the implementation of E-Invoice processes and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Word / PowerPoint) and comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Working Location: Ara Damansara

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
