我们正在寻找一位具有创意思维与系统化设计能力的 高级 UI/UX 设计师,负责产品的整体用户体验策略与视觉设计。您将与产品经理、开发团队及市场团队紧密合作,从用户研究、信息架构、交互流程到视觉呈现,全程参与产品设计过程,打造优雅且高效的用户体验。

主要职责:
  • 负责 Web 与移动端产品的 UI/UX 整体设计与体验优化;
  • 深入理解产品目标与用户需求,制定 用户体验策略与信息架构;
  • 设计 用户流程图、线框图、原型(Low/High fidelity)及视觉稿;
  • 与产品经理及工程师协作,确保设计落地的质量与一致性;
  • 主导 设计系统(Design System)与组件库 的建立与维护;
  • 进行 用户研究、可用性测试、数据分析,持续优化产品体验;
  • 指导初级设计师,推动团队的设计标准化与创新。
任职要求:
  • 设计相关专业本科及以上学历(视觉传达 / 交互设计 / 多媒体设计 等);
  • 5 年以上 UI/UX 设计经验,具备完整产品设计项目经验;
  • 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD、Illustrator、Photoshop 等设计工具;
  • 对 用户研究、交互设计、信息架构、可用性原则 有深入理解;
  • 能独立完成从概念构思到最终落地的完整设计流程;
  • 良好的沟通能力与跨部门协作能力,具备项目推动力;
  • 拥有 B2B 或 SaaS 产品设计经验者优先;同时具备 金融科技、电商或移动应用 项目经验者亦佳。
  • 具备基本的 HTML / CSS / 前端知识 者更佳。
加分项:
  • 具备 Motion / 微交互设计能力;
  • 有领导或指导设计团队的经验;
  • 熟悉 DesignOps 或 UX 流程管理工具;
  • 有国际化产品设计经验。
