Cost Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide analysis and control of cost and head count to support the Maintenance Department in Company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report in monthly basis planning and physical progress, economic and financial data for operations activity and contracts controls .
• Define and check in monthly basis performance indicators (KPI's) in cost and check performance in terms of budgeting and forecasting and existing cost;
• To maintain records related to the maintenance cost, including original contract, variations, and payments invoiced and received and associated multiple currency influences.
• To perform the preparation and maintenance of the cost reports.
• To provide as requested special studies and reports (including monthly report) such as cash flow projection, foreign exchange variations, branch breakdowns, etc.
• Monitor and analyze on the consumptions of consumable by staff and contractors under maintenance department inclusive but not limited to PPE, meal, stationaries, training, travelling etc.
• Support and orientate the contractor's documentation control during the whole relation with the maintaining of the contractor's role and function as stipulated in the Contract Agreement.
• Verify all service delivery/service report.
• Processing of the invoices including checking and verification invoice details, obtaining approvals from Supervisor/Manager for BMS and SES & monitor invoicing system.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager in promoting and maintaining Health, Safety & Environment level in Operation, including 5S.
• To prepare control and analysis of head count utilization for Business Partner in contract including plan for reduction exercise.
• Authority: to act and submit to the FP&A Cost Controller for co-ordination and approval.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Management.
• Experience : 1-2 years in relevant field.
• Specific Skills : Fluency in English, teamworking & financial management report

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
