●To become key person in handling CNC machineries in the factory.

● Set up and operate CNC plasma, oxy, or laser cutting machines.

● Additionally to support on existing and upcoming robotic welding machines. ( added skill)

● To implement KAIZEN / Improvement activities when necessary.

● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut lists.

● Plan and execute material cutting based on the planned schedule.

● Ensure no backlogs or shortages arising from material prep section.

● Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality is achieved.

● Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

● Upkeep machine maintenance plan/log.

● Inspect cut parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.

● Carry out training for new operators when needed.

● Adhere to safety procedures and maintain 5s .

● Experience in operating CNC cutting machines (plasma, oxy, laser).

● Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools.

● Basic understanding of CNC software (Pronest, CypCut) and machine control.

● Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

● Physically fit and able to handle metal sheets and parts.

● Able to work in shifts (2 shifts).
