Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who is experienced and well-organized, with good technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and masonry works.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.

  • Plan and arrange site work systematically to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.

  • Monitor and coordinate subcontractors' work (plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, etc.).

  • Attend project meetings and provide technical input or feedback when necessary.

  • Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with design, safety, and company standards.

  • Prepare and submit site progress reports, including material usage and work updates.

  • Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating between office and site teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or renovation projects.

  • Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and masonry works.

  • Able to read drawings and plan site work effectively.

  • Organized, responsible, and able to lead workers efficiently.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
