About the role

As a full-time Site Supervisor (Earthwork Specialist), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all earthwork operations on construction sites for LEE HUAT MACHINERY SDN BHD in Gua Musang, Kelantan. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to safety.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate all earthwork activities, including excavation, backfilling, grading, and soil compaction
  2. Ensure work is completed to the required specifications and within project timelines
  3. Monitor site conditions and make adjustments to work plans as needed
  4. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  5. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and the public
  6. Provide training and mentorship to the earthwork crew
  7. Maintain detailed records and reports on all earthwork activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a site supervisor or foreperson, specifically in earthwork operations
  2. Strong technical knowledge of soil mechanics, excavation techniques, and equipment operation
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  5. Thorough understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Certification in construction site supervision or equivalent would be an advantage
