- Assist the team in preparation work including but not limited to preparing carton boxes for packing, preparing plastic bags and other materials.
- User of automated slicer to slice the loaves and set aside for packing.
- Pack the buns and breads into the respective packaging bags as instructed and as per our standard requirements.
- Wrap the pallets after it has been filled and push into freezer with another team member in a safe manner.
- Washing of baking trays and other utensils as instructed or as required.
- Ensure compliance of food safety and personal hygiene, including proper attire (mask, hairnet etc)
