We are looking for a talented candidate and the role will be responsible for;

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for and oversees warehouse activities related to online order fulfillment. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products for e-commerce sales channels. This role ensures that all operations run smoothly, efficiently and accurately while maintaining high standards of inventory control, safety and customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise day-to-day e-commerce operations orders (picking, packing, labelling and dispatch).
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment according to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics and courier partners.
  • Oversee stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure the proper use of warehouse management system (WMS) or, e-commerce order management tools.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to address order or delivery issues.
  • Minimise return rates and errors in picking, packing or shipping.
  • Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements and damaged goods.
  • To assist and support other warehouse work scope/function when required.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Those with 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.
  • Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player's mindset.
  • Ability to work resourcefully.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing and synthesizing data.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
