Role Overview

The Instructional Designer & Content Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging, high-impact learning materials across AI Klass's programs including executive leadership, professional upskilling, and technical certification courses. You will work closely with subject-matter experts, trainers, and partner institutions to create innovative, AI-infused digital learning experiences that align with HRD Corp and international learning standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Instructional Design & Learning Experience

  2. Design and structure learning journeys for online, hybrid, and in-person courses.

  3. Apply modern instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) to ensure effective outcomes.
  4. Develop storyboards, scripts, and learner activities tailored to diverse audiences (executive, technical, academic).
  5. Integrate AI and digital learning tools to enhance interactivity and engagement.

  6. Content Development

  7. Create high-quality learning materials such as slide decks, learner guides, quizzes, case studies, and multimedia content.

  8. Develop and edit course videos, voice-over scripts, and assessments for LMS delivery.
  9. Customize content to align with client needs (corporate, education, or industry based programs).
  10. Collaborate with trainers to adapt technical materials into accessible, outcome based modules.

  11. Platform Integration

  12. Upload, organize, and manage course content in the AI Klass Learning Management System (LMS).

  13. Work with the tech team to ensure a seamless learner experience across digital platforms.
  14. Support in testing course flow, usability, and visual consistency. 4. Collaboration & Quality Assurance
  15. Partner with internal trainers, AI experts, and instructional teams to co-develop curricula.
  16. Ensure compliance with HRD Corp and industry accreditation standards.
  17. Conduct course reviews and learner feedback analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, digital content creation, or corporate learning development.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnWorlds, or similar). Skills
    • Strong understanding of instructional design models, learning analytics, and adult learning principles.
  • Proficient in eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, Genially, or equivalent).
  • Ability to visualize complex information into structured, creative learning materials.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Familiar with AI applications in education (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is a plus.
