About the Role

We're looking for a
Workday Functional Lead
to play a key role in shaping our HR technology landscape.

You'll lead the functional design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM across the Group, ensuring our HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and future-ready.

This role sits within the
HR Enablement
team — the backbone of our HR operating model — covering Process Excellence, HR Technology, Analytics, and Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the
    functional owner of Workday HCM
    , managing configurations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders
    to assess business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead the
    implementation of new Workday capabilities
    , including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement and innovation
    through Workday releases, new modules, and best practices.
  • Conduct
    training and enablement sessions
    to increase adoption and system literacy across teams.
  • Maintain
    documentation, governance, and compliance
    related to Workday configurations and changes.
  • Act as a
    trusted advisor
    to HR leaders — enabling a seamless employee and manager experience through technology.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience
    in Workday Functional Lead or equivalent role.
  • Hands-on experience in
    at least two modules
    : HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Recruitment, or Benefits.
  • Proven track record in
    end-to-end Workday implementation
    — from design to deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfort working across regions and cultures.
  • Workday certifications
    in relevant modules preferred.

    continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
    .
