Chargeman BO 11kV

To operate, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot all building-related systems, with a focus on electrical installations (up to medium voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Ensures compliance with regulatory and safety requirements while managing preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency responses, and coordination with vendors or contractors for specialized tasks.

1) MUST possess minimum BO Chargeman 11KV Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.

2)Ensure operations of all electrical power supply and instrument system are in good working condition.

3) Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and other regulatory bodies on utilities services and compliance issues.

4) Maintain, install and troubleshoot electrical systems, electrical panel, starter panel and equipment to minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

5) Carry out preventive maintenance & inspection tasks on all switch boards, circuit breakers, transformer and any other electrical equipment or instruments as per procedure.

6) Maintain the electrical standby generator system.

7) Handle and assist during the Electrical Consultant inspection and update status on electric supply condition.

8) Inspect all electrical power tools and equipment to be used & ensure it is in good working condition & safe to use.

9) Maintain and update the plants' maintenance management system

10) Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all electrical equipment.

11) Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols for all electrical work

12) Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.
