Requirements:

  • Age years old
  • Minimum SPM / 2 years working experience in security and safety services, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On site training and guidance will be provided.
  • Able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Physically fit and in good health condition
  • Possess good working attitude and punctuality
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the electronic surveillance systems in control room
  • Attend and resolve problems encountered by Security Officer
  • Implement, interpret policies and procedures developed by higher level manager
  • Receive formal and informal grievances and conduct preliminary discussions for settlement
  • Respond to calls from Security Officer for an emergency or to prevent theft, property destruction or vandalism
  • Write incident and lost-and-found reports
  • Patrol parking lot and common area, issue warnings, contact police to issue tickets or to contact tow company to remove vehicles
  • Directing vehicle traffic and providing sub valet service
  • Provide assistance to tenants and visitors in the building
  • Help in building repairs and assist moving building fixtures and furniture
  • Carry out other job responsibilities and activities as assigned from time to time
