Outlet Supervisor/ Senior Service Crew

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in executing store operations during scheduled shifts suchas manpower scheduling, and stocks, and making sure the team members achieve the set sales budget, target, and sales analysis.
- Ensuring products are well stocked, assisting in stock checking, replenishing, andreceiving goods.
- Help create energy and excitement among the team.
- Able to lead and give clear instructions.
- Effectively deploying and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service. Ability to act with a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver customer service thatmeets or exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must have effective problem-solving/decision-making abilities.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
