Junior IT Infrastructure

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in ERP system, server and networking environments
• Knowledge of networking and server troubleshooting, support and administration are added advantages
• Able to work and be on stand-by after working hours, weekends and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Able to self-driven and highly interdepent to work with teammates
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of company's information system
• Provide prompt end-user support
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Responisble for managing backups and restores
• Analysize and give recommendations on hardware replacement/repairment whenever necessary
• Maintain hardware inventory list
• Document procedures and vendor management
• Perform any duties as assigned by superior
