We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive who enjoys both creative marketing and client interaction. This role combines digital marketing with brand outreach, ideal for someone who likes meeting people and turning ideas into real business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Marketing Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and brand visibility across online and offline channels.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, email).
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and media partners for campaign rollouts.
  • Conduct market research, pricing studies, and trend analysis to guide marketing decisions.
  • Support product launches, events, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing activations.

II. Brand Outreach & Business Development

  • Engage new and existing clients through both online and offline channels.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and online sales via e-commerce and social platforms.
  • Conduct outreach visits to introduce products and explore stockist or partnership opportunities.
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive customer experience after sales.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing (preferably in retail, FMCG, healthcare, or pet supplies industries).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin).
  • Experience in both digital marketing and / or traditional sales is an advantage.
  • Skilled in negotiation, client handling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site when necessary (e.g. events, client meetings).

Salary: Basic + Commission

Work Location: Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
