About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Roseluck Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor and maintain the company's financial health, including cash flow, profitability, and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial practices

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
  • Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting software and ERP systems
