Junior IT Technician
to join our technical team based in
Pulau Pinang (Island)
. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with entry-level experience to build a professional career in the IT support and infrastructure field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for computers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist senior technicians in managing client-site support and internal IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Penang when required.
