About the role

Suria Jerai Electrical Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors or Sales Trainees. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their electrical and household appliance needs in our Sungai Petani, Kedah store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the right products to meet their needs
  2. Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products to customers
  3. Handling sales transactions and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and presentable
  5. Collaborating with the team to achieve personal sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  6. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
  3. Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly personality, with a willingness to learn and grow
  4. Basic knowledge of electrical and household appliances, or a keen interest in the retail industry
  5. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
