About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Assistant to join our team at JS Valuers Propery Consultants (E.M.) Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing real estate and property valuation firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the preparation of property valuation reports, data collection, and analysis
  • Conduct site inspections and gather relevant property information
  • Provide support in the development of valuation models and calculations
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the valuation process

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in property valuation or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working experience is not essential (training will be provided)
  • With valid driving license
