  • Our client is in management of business events, conferences and conventions.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Engagement Lead with proven experience in marketing communications and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute APAC marketing and engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Position the organization as a thought leader and grow target audiences.
  • Plan, manage, and promote regional events and conferences.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to nurture pipeline and increase engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful content and communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and industry networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or events management, preferably across APAC.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and managing events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly driven with strong sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing tools, and event management platforms.

Work Arrangement & Benefits:

  • Remote-based in Malaysia with frequent travel to Singapore.
