Requirements:

a. Education: A minimum of Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering

b. Technical skills: Strong understanding of the equipment or systems they are working on the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Knowledge of mechanical, and hydraulic systems is an added advantage.

c. Transport: Poses own vehicle with valid driving license

d. Physical ability: Service technicians must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing, kneeling and bending.

Job Descriptions:

a. Responsible for technical support and maintenance for various equipment, systems, and machinery

b. Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems according to established specifications and procedures

c. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to resolve them

d. Conduct regular instructions and maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and prevent breakdowns

e. Testing and calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy and optimal performance

f. Providing technical support to customers or clients to resolve issues and answer questions

g. Keeping accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, service reports and repair orders

h. Collaborating with other team members, including engineers and project managers, to ensure successful project outcomes
