Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, and supporting overall inventory control processes. This role is crucial to minimize stock discrepancies, optimize storage, and ensure timely product availability for sales and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement or suppliers.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in warehouse organization and proper storage of products.
  • Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in handling goods.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or retail operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
