Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2 to 3 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or related fields. The successful candidate will assist in cost control, contract administration, and tender preparation for maintenance and facility management projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and budgets for facility management and maintenance projects.
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end tender process, including pricing, documentation, and submission.
  • Evaluate and analyze supplier, subcontractor, and service provider quotations for cost efficiency.
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Review and ensure compliance with contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and client requirements.
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing, price comparison, and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, operations, and finance teams for project support.
  • Maintain accurate records, cost data, and documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Participate in site inspections and provide cost-related input for repair or upgrade proposals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
  • Familiar with maintenance contracts, service agreements, and costing for repair/replacement works.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work extra hours when required to meet project timelines.
