Britannia Malaysia is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to drive our digital presence.

Our goal: help students worldwide find the best schools and universities.

YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns targeting students interested in UK and global education.
  • Create and manage engaging content across website and social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Track campaign performance and use data to improve results.
  • Grow our audience and lead generation through paid and organic channels.
  • Support email marketing, SEO updates, and other growth initiatives.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and student recruitment.

A TYPICAL DAY

  • Work from our Mont Kiara office, avoiding peak hour traffic.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues in Bangkok and Hong Kong.
  • Produce fun TikTok's and Instagram reels highlighting top universities.
  • Take a break with lunch nearby.
  • Design banners for landing pages.
  • Review SEO progress in quick team meetings.
  • Proofread and publish website articles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong English with clear, concise writing.
  • Experience creating engaging short and long-form content (video or written).

  • Familiar with WordPress, Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms.
  • Able to analyse data and adjust content and campaigns accordingly.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team player mindset.
