IT Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things tech—supporting hardware, software, networks, and end-user troubleshooting. If you're passionate about solving problems and delivering excellent support, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common enterprise tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., emails & softwares)
• Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes
• Document incidents and solutions
• Ensure smooth and efficient IT operations
• Training new user on IT systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
