Job Descriptions:

Assist the Marketing Manager in designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, buntings, signage, and advertisements.

  • Develop visual layouts and artwork for property project marketing and corporate branding purposes.
  • Prepare and finalize design files for printing, ensuring accuracy in size, colour, and layout specifications.
  • Coordinate with printers, advertising vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archive of all artwork, design drafts, and approved materials.
  • Ensure all design works comply with the company's branding guidelines and project identity standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
  • Strong attention to detail with good sense of layout, typography, and visual balance.
  • Able to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative, responsible, and able to work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver quality designs.
  • Strictly Mandarin-speaking candidates are required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,200.00 per month
