Product Expert

Our client runs a leading crypto exchange and is expanding its derivatives offering (Futures & Options). They're looking for a retail‑focused leader to shape the trading experience and drive adoption among VIP users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end retail experience for Futures and Options on the platform.
- Keep a pulse on both traditional and crypto derivatives markets, using live product data to spot optimisation opportunities.
- Innovate the trading journey continuously, responding to industry trends and user behaviour.
- Work closely with VIP clients: collect feedback, prioritise requirements, and lead cross‑team solutions that boost daily usage.
- Represent the product at offline VIP events to deepen engagement and increase product uptake.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher).
- Experience: 5+ years in a trading‑product role (preferably ToC), with at least 1 year on a successful product; 2 years if you hold a Master's.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success building or improving a product.
- Skills: Self‑driven, quick learner, strong logical thinking, and ability to analyse multi‑dimensional data.
- Personality: Passionate, team‑oriented, responsible, and excellent at cross‑team communication.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience or keen interest in stocks, futures, options, forex, or digital assets; a trading background (e.g., high‑frequency trading) is a plus
