As an Experienced Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing high-quality mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our mobile products. This role is ideal for a developer with deep Flutter expertise who thrives in dynamic, innovation-driven environments.

Job Description

As a senior member of our mobile development team, you will design, build, and maintain next-generation mobile applications. You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our products are scalable, performant, and aligned with best industry practices.

Advanced UI/UX Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers to translate complex designs into elegant, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.
  • Provide technical input to influence design decisions for better performance and usability.

Integration & Architecture Expertise

  • Architect and implement seamless integrations with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure data consistency, real-time synchronization, and robust offline capabilities.

Code Quality & Best Practices

  • Conduct in-depth code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them toward adopting best practices.

Performance Optimization

  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across a variety of devices and OS versions.
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, animations, and app startup time.

Innovation & Technical Problem-Solving

  • Lead brainstorming and technical problem-solving sessions.
  • Introduce modern tools, libraries, and architectural patterns to enhance productivity and product quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, designers, and QA teams for smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Research & Technology Adoption

  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing workflows and product architecture.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
  • Ensure applications meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior / Experienced Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of published apps.
  • Deep mastery of Flutter, Dart, and advanced state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, GetX).
  • Significant experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party services.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as , Django, or Firebase is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
