Our Client is one of the leading telecommunication providers in Malaysia. Offering a wide range of mobile plans and services; heavily investing in its network infrastructure, and has built a high-speed, Fiber-Optic network that covers most of the major cities and towns in Malaysia.

Job Summary

This role combines technical fiber installation work (50%) with sales and customer service responsibilities (50%). You'll be responsible for installing and configuring fiber internet equipment, troubleshooting signal issues, performing cabling work, and ensuring customers receive strong and stable WiFi coverage.

On the sales side, you'll actively promote products, engage in roving sales, identify new leads, conduct product demonstrations, resolve customer issues, and maintain good relationships with customers. Meeting daily sales targets and submitting reports are also key parts of the job.

Job Description:

(Technical 50%)

  1. Supervise installation and post-installation service and maintenance
  2. On-site setup and configuring modem or router gateway and wireless for internet connection
  3. Engage in cabling or wiring for internal or external
  4. Communicate, interact and entertain customer's questions in a polite and professional manner
  5. Detect possible signal interferences and understand internet device needs
  6. Optimize the WiFi signal by recommending the router placement and solutions to increase signal strength and coverage

(Sales + Customer Service 50%)

  1. Identify sales opportunities
  2. Promoting company product
  3. Identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
  4. Solving customer problems and complaints.
  5. Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
