Job Description:

  • Liaising with engagement managers or other relevant team members to confirm invoice requirements.
  • Drafting invoices in relevant systems, coordinating approvals, generation, distribution, and filing as per service line work instructions and filing requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance (when needed).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the engagement team.
  • Work closely with other team members on invoice matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have prior experience in invoicing, finance admin etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful with client focused mindset and a team player.
  • Proficient with technology and use of technology applications are recommended.
