1. Product Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new product opportunities and oversee product innovation, formulation, packaging, and positioning.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with New Product Development and supply chain teams for product launches or improvement components.

2. Market & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze market trends, category performance, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing and product development strategies.

3. Brand & Marketing Management

  • Develop the Brand strategy and execute marketing campaigns to build brand equity and awareness.
  • Plan and monitor the performance of trade promotions, merchandising, and product visibility activities.

4. Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage Annual Brand Plan/Strategy & Budget exercise
  • Manage product P&L, including budgeting, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Track and analyze product performance, market share, and ROI to guide future actions.
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising brand or product quality.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure timely execution of product plans.
  • Provide training and product knowledge support to sales and trade marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and labeling requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
  • Proven track record in launching and managing successful products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, market research tools, and MS Office applications.
