Tax Spacialist

·     Review and managing of all tax submission

o In charge all tax related document (such as import service tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, tax computation)

submitted to government departments to ensure compliance with company regulations, tax law

requirements and approval procedures.

o Assist in TP documentation, Country-by-Country reporting and Global Minimum Tax.

o Take full ownership of MIDA tax incentive applications, with a proven track record in securing and maintaining Pioneer Status, prepare and coordinate the submission of all required documentation and responses to LHDN and MIDA.

o Dealing with tax authority on tax issues, provide internal tax advisory and support to management

·     Accounting and accounting

o Identify and implement improvement opportunities to minimize tax expenses / maximize tax savings

o Timely input expense vouchers, classify and account by department/project to ensure clear accounts.

o Continuously review and improve tax-related processes, controls, and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

·     Cross-departmental collaboration

o Guide employees to fill out reimbursement forms in compliance with regulations and answer questions related to expenses.

o Collaborate with the budget team to monitor departmental expense execution and warn of overspending risks.

·       Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Accounting or related field..

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of tax experience, familiar with the manufacturing industry.

·       Previous working experience in a Big 4 or leading accounting firm is highly advantageous.

·       Excellence in MS such as Word & Excel (Proficient in using Oracle and proficient in Excel)

·       Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
