Job Description
What You'll Do
Engineering (50%)
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications (React, , PostgreSQL, APIs, etc.).
Contribute to internal tools, automation systems, and partner integrations.
Collaborate with the product team to improve the bootcamp platform and student tools.
Review and deploy student-built projects into production.
Teaching & Mentoring (50%)
Deliver engaging, practical coding lessons (both online and in-person).
Guide students through projects, debugging sessions, and code reviews.
Share real-world engineering best practices, from Git workflows to deployment.
Give constructive feedback to help students progress from junior to job-ready.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, , SQL databases.
Comfort with Git, deployment pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring.
Bonus: Experience with AI integrations, Python, or other emerging tech.
