JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in content planning, scriptwriting, filming, and video editing.
  • ⁠Transform ideas into engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, FB, YouTube Shorts, XiaoHongShu).
  • Capture daily content such as lifestyle snippets, project highlights, client testimonials and industry updates.
  • Edit videos with subtitles, effects, music, and transitions.
  • Write and optimize captions, titles, and descriptions to increase engagement.
  • ⁠Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor content to suggest new ideas.
  • Track and prepare simple content performance reports (views, likes, comments, shares).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University students or fresh graduate (Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting preferred).
  • Familiar with short-form video platforms and trends (TikTok/ IG/ Youtube Shorts/XiaoHongShu).
  • Proficient in video editing software (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut). Basic filming skills (mobile or camera).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to execute ideas quickly.
  • Interest in marketing and branding, willing to learn and grow.

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
