Location: Pinnacle Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM2,200+ (Base Salary) + Commission + Incentives

About Us:

Believe Fitness Pinnacle Sri Petaling is a 24-hour gym that provides top-tier fitness facilities, diverse classes, and a supportive fitness community. We are looking for passionate and certified Malaysian Personal Trainers with minimum 1–2 years of experience to join our team and help our members achieve their fitness goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout programs for clients.
• Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
• Motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
• Promote personal training services and generate new clients.
• Ensure gym equipment is used safely and properly by members.
• Participate in gym events, workshops, and marketing activities
• Maintain a positive and energetic gym environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels.
• Sales experience or ability to sell personal training packages is a plus.
• Self-motivated and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
