Role Purpose

The Graduate Admissions Assistant will support the Admissions and Marketing team in delivering an exceptional experience for families throughout their journey with the school—from first enquiry through to enrolment. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who is confident, proactive, and eager to learn about school admissions, marketing, and events. The role will suit someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong organisational and communication skills, and is comfortable working across multiple projects in a busy school environment. We are particularly interested in candidates with event coordination experience, an eye for social media and photography, and fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.


Key Responsibilities

·       Assist with enquiries, applications, and follow-up communication with families.

·       Support the scheduling and coordination of school tours, assessments, and admissions events.

·       Maintain accurate data entry and tracking through the school's CRM and admissions systems.

·       Provide excellent service and timely responses to prospective parents and students.

·       Assist with planning and running school events such as Open Mornings, personal tours, and outreach activities.

·       Capture photos and short videos during events and school activities for social media and promotional use.

·       Support the creation of engaging online and printed materials in line with brand guidelines.

·       Support the team with translation or communication where possible (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese preferred).

·       Maintain admissions records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.

·       Assist with general office duties and projects as required.

Qualifications / Training

  • Bachelor's degree (desirable).

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in customer service, education, or events (essential).
  • Experience within the education sector (desirable).
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with families from diverse backgrounds (essential).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (essential).
  • Additional languages such as Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese (desirable).
  • Photography and basic content creation skills
  • Experience using Canva, Wix, or social media platforms
  • Interest in marketing or education sector
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities (essential).
