About the role

Lyfe Clinic Bangsar is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Medical staff to join our team in Bangsar. As an Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist / Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and services to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes and assists patients, visitors, and relatives at the reception.
  • Answers phone calls, handles inquiries, and relays messages promptly.
  • Maintains a caring, professional approach in all communication.
  • Update patient data, registration records, and departmental census in the system.
  • Prepares letters and documents as requested by doctors.
  • Files laboratory results, medical, and nursing reports in patient records.
  • Schedules outpatient appointments in the system.
  • Performs general clerical duties, including filing and dispatching documents, updating sales records, placing stock orders.
  • Ensures professionalism, courtesy, and politeness at all times.

  • What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

  • A Diploma in Nursing or Beauty is a plus, but experience as a clinical assistant or in beauty salon therapy is also welcome.
  • Previous experience as an Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist or a similar role in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a strong understanding of aesthetic procedures and treatments
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive and reassuring experience for patients
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for the aesthetic medical industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
