The Marketing Officer is a critical role that supports our sales and project management teams by managing the post-sale process. This position focuses exclusively on customer service, documentation, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous administrator who enjoys ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and process all necessary documentation with high accuracy, including quotations, proforma invoices, cost sheets, official invoices, and delivery orders.


• Arrange and coordinate the delivery and installation of finished furniture goods to project sites.


• Serve as the main point of contact for customers after a sale has been confirmed by the sales team.


• Professionally handle incoming customer enquiries via email and phone regarding order status, documentation, and delivery schedules.


• Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any post-delivery queries or issues in coordination with the relevant teams.


• Provide dedicated administrative support for local projects in the housing, kitchen, serviced apartment, and hotel sectors.


• Liaise and coordinate with internal team, including purchasing, R&D, and production to process order, product design, and check order status.


• Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • No work experience is fine.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
