About the Role

Join VF Corporation's Product Supply Enablement organization as a Costing Analyst, Operational Costing. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving costing operations across VF's diverse portfolio of brands and products. This role supports hundreds of millions of dollars in product cost and plays a key part in modernizing and standardizing costing processes through data-driven, automated, and efficient methodologies.

You'll collaborate closely with sourcing teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to optimize operational costing and ensure alignment with VF's global strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal costing calendars, validations, system updates, and buy price updates for PO creation.
  • Handle multiple business models and costing submissions across factories within tight timelines.
  • Provide insights to improve profitability and support vendor negotiations.
  • Deliver costing data and reports to internal stakeholders including sourcing, planning, and logistics teams.
  • Support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized costing processes across brands and vendors.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Familiarity with PLM, Enovia, Tableau, INFORNexus.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • 1–2 years of experience in costing or operations (Apparel, Footwear, Equipment/Accessories industries).
