Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of UI design, including colours, typography, layout and common design patterns.
• Proficient in graphic and video design, providing effective support for UI/UX-related projects.
• Collaborate closely with business analysis, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are feasible and align with project goals.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) in order to communicate and work with Mandarin speaking members of the design team.
• Ability to think outside the box and work independently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate the design process.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and plan work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Software, Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.
• Familiarity with mobile and web design guidelines and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Any UI/UX-related professional certifications will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.
