The Opportunity

ARTIFICIAN SDN. BHD.' is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Videographer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Videographer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating visual content that drives engagement and amplifies our clients' brands. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a leading advertising, arts and media company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualise and shoot high-quality video content for a diverse range of clients and campaigns
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives
3. Manage and mentor a team of junior videographers, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, technologies, and techniques
5. Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and audio mixing
6. Ensure all video deliverables meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
7. Actively contribute to the continued development and refinement of our video production workflows

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of professional videography experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting
2. Demonstrated expertise in conceptualising, planning, and executing high-quality video content across various formats and platforms
3. Proficiency in using industry-standard video production software, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications
4. Strong creative vision, storytelling abilities, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
5. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of videographers and post-production specialists
7. A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of video content creation
