KEY RESPONSSIBILITIES:-

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including desserts, viennoiserie, pastries
  • Follow recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and bakery area.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to avoid spoilage.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • ⁠Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demands.
  • ⁠Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

  • At least three (3) years of proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role;
  • Knowledgeable in practicing halal-related SOP in F&B industry,
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment;
  • ⁠Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
  • ⁠Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
