About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join the dynamic marketing team at Plixitt Solutions. This is a full-time position based in our vibrant office in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with the goal of driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our diverse range of digital solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the company's online presence and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, and use insights to optimise content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for platform usage and content strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
